Sadly there are a lot of rogue sites that pose risks of infection while customers search for solutions to this error message and attempt to trick users to install malware.

Screen for checking updates. (Previous screen said Firmware was up-to-date, but the sort of operation that would be done to confirm.)
“Plantronics Hub is unable to connect to the server” error message. Not clear if this is a valid error message or an incorrect because firmware is already up to date. But for sure, avoid rogue websites that might infect your computer.
